Every morning, we set the table with products from Cantabria, sourced from local producers: fresh milk, sobaos, corbatas, cheese, honey, yoghurt and homemade jams, accompanied by coffee and juices.
No strict schedules: breakfast adapts to you and is served in the dining room-library, either at the table or self-service, whichever you prefer.
