Project, history and proposal
The Casa Luca de Tena project was born with the aim of not impacting the spectacular surroundings where it is located, not spoiling or adulterating the wonderful structure of the house and providing clients with the experience of enjoying this area with the best comforts of the 21st century, even though the house dates back to the end of the 17th century.

A proposal based on respect for tradition…
We have managed to respect and protect the existing trees (oaks, Spanish firs, lawsianas, hollies, yews, lime trees, ash trees, horse chestnuts, etc.) and enrich them with sweetgum, magnolia, etc. and thanks to the extraordinary restoration work of the Vega Brothers and the design of Luis Alberto Alonso, we have maintained the character of the original house, highlighting the views by opening windows to the garden, the stone staircase by moving it to the axis of the house and other improvements that provide light and warmth.

But the best part of the experience of enjoying the house is based on the personalized treatment of the client. At Casa Luca de Tena we are not satisfied with accommodating the client with the best contemporary comforts, but we are very attentive to their tastes, we advise them on activities, we reserve places to visit, restaurants, etc. In short, we dedicate ourselves to them, to achieve the best possible experience and in this the hostess is a key piece.

Ana is a person who welcomes clients as if it were her home and treats them as if they were family or close friends (many say goodbye to her feeling this way, after spending 2-3 days in the house). I think that after a year of filming, we have covered the objectives we set ourselves at the beginning quite well, some even more, especially those that do not depend on me.
